Elyse specializes in working with young athletes, moms-to-be, and busy working parents on optimal nutrition for lifelong health and happiness. She loves freeing people from counting calories and stressing about the latest diet trends. Elyse proves that real food is meant to be enjoyed and that fat is essential for satiation and a healthy metabolism. From the research that went into writing Run Fast Eat Slow and from working with 4-time Olympian Shalane Flanagan, Elyse has a special understanding of the nutrition needs of runners. From her own personal story she has a passion for working with women who want to eat right to overcome amenorrhea and fertility issues. She is available via Skype video or in person in Bend, Oregon.
